Hi there, and thank you for your question. Mr Invoice has its own calendar specifically for the app to work. This is not currently linked to the calendars on your handset. We hope with the next upgrade to have liaised with a handset provider to allow this.

Hi there and thank you for you question. Mr Invoice is set up so that you can send invoices with or without VAT once you are registered. Just remember to add your VAT number in the Settings section as soon as you become VAT registered.

Hello there and thank you for your question. You are able to invoice in any currency, however, this may affect your figures in the Accounts Summary as this does not have a currency converter option.

Hello there and thank you for your question. Mr Invoice app is setup so that you can change the name and address and contact email of any client at any time and resend the invoice.

Hi there and thank you for your question. The first thing to do is to check your wifi/3G/4G connection. Once this is established resend the invoice. This problem may also occur if you are receiving a large file and your pdf email is in a queue. If this does not rectify the problem, please contact me straightaway.

Hi there and thank you for your question. All bookings are kept in your past bookings sections Bookings Summary. These are stored within the app on your phone.

Hello there and thank you for your question. Mr Invoice does not keep copies of any invoices stored on its server. All invoices are produced within the app and are sent directly to the client and one to you. You can then choose to add them to your accounting package or print and file them manually.

Hello there and thank you for question. Yes you can delete any invoice that you have created but we would remind you that once deleted it can no longer be retrieved or amended, so do this with caution.
